Kim Kardashian Officially Graduates from Law Program After 6-Year Journey
Kim Kardashian has officially graduated from California’s Law Office Study Program after six years of rigorous study, balancing her legal pursuits with her business ventures and family life. The non-traditional path, which allows aspiring lawyers to apprentice with practicing attorneys instead of attending law school, saw Kardashian dedicate over 5,000 hours to her studies. She passed the First-Year Law Student's Examination, known as the "baby bar," on her fourth attempt in 2021, and more recently passed the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE) in March 2025.

To celebrate this milestone, her family organized a surprise backyard graduation ceremony. Her children paid tribute to their late grandfather, Robert Kardashian Sr., by dressing in suits reminiscent of his courtroom attire. The event also featured a "Legally Blonde"-themed cake, nodding to Kardashian's previous homage to the film's protagonist, Elle Woods.
Despite facing public skepticism, Kardashian remains steadfast in her commitment to criminal justice reform. She has worked on clemency cases and continues to advocate for systemic change. With her legal education complete, she now prepares to sit for the California Bar Exam, bringing her one step closer to becoming a licensed attorney.
